Refunds and Returns
All our products are guaranteed to:
– be of acceptable quality
– match the description, sample, image or demo model you were shown
– are fit for their intended purpose
– will have express warranties honoured
You are entitled to a full refund should any product not meet the above standards.
In the case of a refund, you are responsible for returning the productss and associated costs.
You are also responsible for following the instructions given for the return by our staff.
You MUST contact House Of Gadgets first, before returning a product. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the product being returned.
If products are no longer in stock (unavailable) you will be offered an immediate refund in full of your purchase. Please understand that there may be a delay of 48 to 72 hours in processing, depending on the financial institution and payment method used.
You can change your mind within 7 days from delivery and return the product to House Of Gadgets.
We will refund the value of your order (less delivery charges) if all of the below conditions are met:
– Product must be in its original packaging (unopened, undamaged and fit for resale)
– Cost of delivery back to House Of gadgets is at your expense
– We reserve the right to refuse the return if the package is damaged. Delivery arrangement back to you is in your responsibility and at your expense.
– If, upon inspection, the returned product is deemed not to comply with the conditions, we reserve the right not to refund. We will contact you for further discussions.
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours or prior to dispatch.
Cancelled orders will be refunded in ful within 5 working days.
